Day Tours from Guanacaste. Private, Never Shared.
Every tour on this page runs in a private vehicle. Your group travels alone, with a guide who adjusts the day to how you actually want to spend it: an extra stop, a longer swim, a later start. No shared shuttles, and no waiting while another family gets picked up across town.
We pick you up at your hotel anywhere in Guanacaste, including Papagayo, El Coco, Ocotal, Playa Hermosa, Flamingo, Conchal, Brasilito and Tamarindo, and bring you back the same day.
Where these tours go
Rincón de la Vieja. The volcano itself: the Las Pailas trail past fumaroles and bubbling mud pots, Oropéndola Waterfall, and thermal pools heated deep inside the volcano.
Río Celeste and Tenorio. The turquoise waterfall, plus forest where sloths are genuinely easy to find with a guide who knows where to look.
Arenal and La Fortuna. Hanging bridges through the canopy and the region’s largest thermal resort. A long day from Guanacaste, and worth it with private transport.
Palo Verde and the dry forest. A river boat ride for crocodiles, herons and monkeys, in one of the rarest habitats in Central America.
Miravalles and Bijagua. Rainforest at an easy pace: a guided sloth walk, canopy bridges, and an organic coffee and chocolate tour with tasting.
